By booking with us you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
If your flight is delayed and we pick you up after hours (between 8pm and  6am) a after hours sure charge will apply.
Cancellations incur a 25% cancellation fee up to 7 days prior to the booking date. If cancelled within 7 days of the booking date 50% cancellation fee apply's. No show or cancellation on the booking date is zero refund. We reserve the right to hold a credit instead of issuing a refund. Invoice payments due 14 business days prior to transfer date. Waiting time is charged 10  minutes after your booking time. Domestic Airport waiting time starts 90 minutes after the plane lands. International Airport waiting time starts 2 hours after the plane lands. Cruise Ship Terminal waiting time starts 60 minutes after booked pick up time. All waiting time is charged at $1 per minute. Cleaning charge's may apply if excessive cleaning is required. Prices subject to change with out notice. Payments - We accept all card payments at the time of booking, card processing fee 2.2% or same day eft payment is available on request. Deposits are non refundable and invoice payment due 14 days before booking date.  
Central Coast Express Transfers accepts no responsibility or liability  for unforeseen circumstances.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any change to your travel plans and adjust your booking asap depending on our availability to cater for the change. A refund may not apply. We do not transport surfboards or sky’s.
